This month will be dedicated to everything that is jogging/running/walking or however you choose to define it that gets you off the sofa and out onto the road. So why should you swap your slippers for a pair of Asics?
To start with, it is completely FREE! Yes, you will need to invest in a decent pair of runners and some Vaseline, but once you get going, it is free and accessible all year round and you never know, you might have some fun while you’re at it (some tips for beginners can be found here).
In terms of health benefits, the list is endless, it can help you lose weight, feel more energetic and has been shown to reduce your risk of chronic diseases such as Type 2 diabetes and cardiovascular disease.
